Formatting Instructions
If you would like to submit a paper for publication in the SPIE & IS&T Conference Proceedings on the subject of analytical and exploratory visualization (techniques and applications) you will need to use the SPIE formats, these are held at: http://public.lanl.gov/kmh/spie/.

Be sure your submission includes the following: 

1. Conference Chair and Conference Title to which the abstract is submitted (submit to ONLY ONE conference)
2. Author Listing (List principal author first) for each author: full name [first(given) last(family] and affiliation, mailing address, phone/fax numbers, email
3. Paper Title
4. Text: max. 6 pages
5. Keywords: maximum of 5 keywords

In addition, to ensure receipt of the paper, send an electronic copy to erbacher@cs.albany.edu. 
Please note that the final Conference Proceedings paper is 10-12 pages.

Notifications about acceptance/rejection will be sent out by the end of august.
